1. Terms and license

By using the Sensor Edex 2U platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view site materials for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy or resell content, remove legal notices, mirror the site, reverse engineer our software except where law allows, or use the platform unlawfully.

2. Services, accounts, and charges

Digital investment services involve risk, including possible loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and never share passwords. Where fees apply, you accept the pricing shown at purchase, and refunds follow what we disclose or what applicable law requires.
